Tonight I had the pleasure of being the DJ for Kasey & Bret.  They held there wedding @ the La Jolla Womens club.  A lot of Kasey’s family were attending from Hawaii (I can’t believe its been 2 weeks since we’ve been there, time flys).  Anyway, we kept this in mind and played some great hawaiian music during pre ceremony to set the mood.  After the ceremony the guest enjoyed some Frank Sinagra, Dean Martin, Tony Bennet, etc. for cocktail hour.  For dinner, I played a mixture of some awesome Motown, & classic rock!  Kasey & Bret choose shelter by one of my favorites Ray LaMontagne for there first dance.  After all of the festivities were out of the way, it was time for dancing, dancing, & more dancing!  All in all, I think that everybody had a great time!  I know that I did.

The pictures can’t describe all of the fun that we had on our Honeymoon!  My beautiful bride & I stayed @ the Hilton Hawaiian Village in Waikiki.  We loved our hotel!  It was a huge beach front property that was beautifully landscaped and close to everything.  We were even able to snorkel in the reef by our hotel.  We did about every tourist thing you could think of (Polynesian Cultural Center, Pearl Harbor, Kualoa Ranch, Polynesian Magic Show, Dole Factory, Dolphin Interaction @ Sealife Park, & a Complete Island Tour).  This trip was the perfect ending to an incredible 2 weeks.

 I had a great time @ Jeni & Dave’s San Diego wedding.  They are such an awesome couple and it was a pleasure being part of there special day.  They had a really fun Grand Entrance.  They choose 6 different songs to be played while different members of the Bridal Party walked in the room.  The songs totally matched there personalities and the guest got a kick out of it.  Everything went awesome and Dave & Jeni were extreemly pleased with the end result.  Thank you Dave & Jeni for letting me be part of your special day. 

Katherine & Rob held there San Diego wedding @ The Coronado Marriott.  The venue has an awesome view of the San Diego Bay.  Ceremony was bayside as well as the reception portion.  I provided a ceremony system, wireless speaker for cocktail hour, & premiere sound system for the reception.  There was a lot of fun dancing through out the night and the guest were even able to enjoy a fireworks show.  Katherine & Rob were very pleased with the turn out.  Thank you both for everything.

Today Steph & I had our final meeting with Reverend Powers (pictured above @ one of my weddings in April).  When I woke up today, I didn’t think about the wedding being next Friday until we had our meeting this afternoon.  That definitely put it in my head.  Stephanie & I have been engaged since last June, and the wedding always had seemed so far away.  Now its next week.  Where has the time gone.  On a side note, we made a last minute decision today to have a cookie bar @ our wedding.  We are going to have 5 different varieties of cookies for guest at our wedding, besides our wedding cake, & grooms cake.  If you couldn’t tell, my fiance LOVES dessert.
